Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your BOTASENS experience. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Conditions for Return:
- The product must be unused and in its original, sealed packaging.
- Items that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.
- Return requests must be submitted to contact@botasens.com, with your full name and order number.
Return Process:
1. Send us an email at sales@botasens.com to request a return.
2. After validation, we will provide you with the return instructions.
3. Send the item back to us within 7 days of approval.
Return Shipping Costs:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- In case of a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return costs.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- Delivery charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
